By accessing and using GloFan Creator Store, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use GloFan for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on GloFan, you agree to:

• •Provide honest and authentic product reviews
• •Comply with FTC guidelines for sponsored content
• •Meet deadlines for trial product content creation
• •Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

4. Payment Terms

Trial rewards and sales commissions will be paid according to the terms specified for each opportunity. Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days with no fees.

5. Content Guidelines

All content created on GloFan must comply with our community guidelines and applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GloFan or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use GloFan.
