Just tried THE most insane birria ramen 🌮🍜

Okay so I finally tried that birria ramen spot everyone's hyping and it did NOT disappoint. Broth is rich, noodles soaked up all the flavor, and the consome is perfect for dipping. 10/10 would destroy again. Anyone else have a food combo that blew their mind recently?
