Start with the types. The standard is the card sealed inside an album, with versions varying by retailer — pre-order sellers, fansign events, seasonal goods and more. Even for the same member, a different version counts as a different card, so deciding which version you want before you collect will save you money.

For storage, the key is avoiding moisture and light. Keep cards in a toploader or sleeve away from direct sunlight, and stand long-term keepers upright in a binder to prevent bending.

Finally, trading etiquette. Honestly sharing the condition (any flaws) with photos, and sticking to the agreed shipping method and timeline, is the foundation of trust. If you're new, prioritize safe methods and avoid risky deals. Collecting joyfully is what photocard life is really about.
